Best Smoked BBQ I'm originally from Texas, BBQ is second nature to us. Besides a nice steak, no other meat like Brisket can compare. At Crazy Bob's they smoke theirs. The flavor is out of this world. The meat is nice and tender, juicy with just the perfect amount of smoke and rub. They offer a nice selection of BBQ Sauce flavors to choose from. If you like it hot, they have a nice one with just the right kick to it. if you prefer no kick at all, they have a BBQ Sauce that enhances the flavor of the meat without any fire to it. There are many other selections as well. Steak, Chicken and a burger. At Crazy Bob's they offer a nice selection of sides to choose from. You can get your order to go or eat in. The staff is always nice and helpful. The restaurant is nicely decorated and always clean. There is a bar if you would like to have a few drinks before your meal or have a few drinks while you chat with others. I highly recommend Crazy Bob's especially if you don't want to drive to Sioux City or Sioux Falls to eat Famous Dave's. Their prices are well within the normal range. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.
Stopped in tonight for the first time ever, to get a to go order to take home: which we live about 112 hours away. The atmosphere is wonderful. The staff are amazing. Gabe at the bar was absolutely fantastic. The place was fairly busy, especially with tonight's special being wings. My truck smells amazing with this food to go I cannot wait to get home and have supper. Needless to save, I'll be snacking on chislic, on the way home. Thank you so very much, all of you at Crazy Bob's. We'll be back and next time we'll eat in.
They have specials during the week. I went for AYCE crab legs. SO good. I'm not a big fan of BBQ, but there are other things to order that are very good.

He opens at 5pm and closed at 9pm, but I called early at 3 and he served me anyway! These folks are sweet to customers and full of good towny locals that have good attitudes. My step grandpa was a Texas hero for his brisket and brisket parties (and Usaf). He would approve of the brisket and pulled pork here. I've only been here a couple times but Texas would be proud of an unsuspected quality in the middle of Iowa (where they could get away with less but decided not to). If I were anywhere within 60 miles of this place regularly, it would be a date night destination. Real people, real food, right price. Can't ask for more than that.
I attended a catered: 2 meat, cheesy potato, 2 salad event. The ham and roast beef were very tender and delicious. Cheesy potatoes were a little dry. The Cole slaw was the best ever! Creamy and flavorful! The Ambrosia salad was full of fruit and nuts. It was amazing. Delicious! The service was excellent! Super pleased with it!
Everytime I go great service and food! Update 10l19 went back for more took the wife for her bday we ate so much good food we forgot her bday brownie everything we had was great we found out place to eat so we don't have to go an hr out of our way I added more pics! Service again from everyone great! OMG I finally found some good BBQ I been wanting to go and see finally got a chance got burnt ends and fried pickles! The very charming ladies told me it would be good. It was more than I expected I have searched the tristates areas and no ones had any decent BBQ. If they ain't southern they're welcome down south for this meat! I will be back every chance I get to try other things I needed a good place with good food!
Absolutely amazing! Great food and service. The deserts are humongous (but that's not a bad thing). Also, almost every time we talk to Bob, he is just great!
